Glens face Killymoon in Irish Cup
Glentoran will travel to Cookstown to take on Killymoon Rangers in the 5th round of the Irish Cup on Saturday 12th January.

Tickets are required for Glentoran supporters wishing to attend our upcoming away Danske Bank Premiership fixtures against Portadown & Linfield. Tickets are also needed for the Steel & Sons Cup final.
v Portadown Tickets for the Portadown v Glentoran game are on sale at the Glentoran Superstore while stocks last. Admission prices for Portadown are £10 (adult) and £7 (concession). Tickets are also available online HERE .
Weather denies Seconds chance to regain top spot.
A frozen surface at Seaview caused the postponement of the Seconds game against Crusaders Reserves last week. The Seconds, having conceded top spot in the IFA Reserve League to Ballinamallard United II's recently, were unable to take advantage of the Mallards II's defeat to Linfield Swifts. The remain in a very strong position however, just a point behind the leaders but with two games in hand. There's also the Steel & Sons Cup final to look forward to on Christmas morning.

Club Statement
This morning Mr Jimmy Brown issued a statement to the press which reads;
“Glentoran Football Club regrets that their recruitment processes were not as robust as they should have been in some technical areas in respect of Mr Brown. If this process has meant that Mr Brown’s feelings were injured in any way, this is a source of regret as this was not our intention.”
As a Club we respect the confidentiality of the Industrial Tribunal proceedings and now consider this matter to be fully resolved and closed.
