Halfers Draw
Halfers Draw
The Half Time 'Halfers' draw is an institution at The Oval proving extremely popular with the Glentoran supporters.
The draw was started by Tommy McKee who ran the Halfers for over ten years and raised in excess of £100,000 for Glentoran. The Halfers is now the responsibility of the 1923 Committee with tickets sold by Adrian McAlees.
A ticket costs £2 each or 3 for £5 and can be purchased from the Halfers stall after entering a home game. From each ticket £1 is donated to Glentoran Football Club and £1 is given to the prize fund.
Anyone who does not hear the announcement on the tannoy can now check the winning number by calling or texting 0770 3300 194.
