In a vital game in the Danske Bank Premiership today at The Oval Glentoran and Crusaders cancelled eachother out in an even game. The Glens were unchanged from last Saturday's victory over Ballinamallard Utd and aimed to pick up where they left off. Crusaders arrived at The Oval with plenty of confidence too from a recent great run of form.

After such a week of turmoil in the lead up to last Saturday's game against Ballinamallard Utd, Glentoran responded with the true grit and determination that this club has been famous for in the last 130 years. We responded through the difficulties off the pitch and secured a vital three points against a strong opposition. This week, Crusaders travel to The Oval as the run of important games continues.
We welcome Crusaders to the Oval and hope to gain revenge for our defeat at Seaview earlier in the season.
The Premier Lounger will be open as normal at 12:30 and is ONLY open to members and their guests for this game. (Please make sure you have your membership card with you). We will have live coverage of a TV match at lunchtime and then exclusive live coverage of Glentoran v Crusaders.
Glentoran have been drawn against to St Patrick's Athletic in the first round of the 2013 Setanta Sports Cup. The first leg will be away on 11th February 2013 with the return game at the Oval a week later.
