Limavady, fresh from clinching promotion to the National League A Section where they will face the Glens in league action next season, started the game brightly with a gale force win at their backs.

Speaking to glentoran.com, Patterson said that he feels that this gives him the opportunity to continue the job he has started. “I’m working with a bunch of great lads and we are making progress. I want to build on that and with this group of young players, if we can add a couple of experienced members to the squad than we can kick on.”
