The first pre-season friendly for the Glens, against Loughgall, ended in a 3 - 3 draw. Loughgall took an early 2-0 lead with the Glens equalising shortly after with goals by Fra McCaffery and David Scullion meaning that both teams were level on half time. The Glens went ahead in the second half through Danny McKee but couldn’t hold on as Loughgall equalised late on. Full time 3 – 3.
