We will be stopping en route for refreshment (optional).

Glentoran produced what can only be described as their best showing of the season thus far at the Oval yesterday as four goals in 24 second half minutes put Ballymena United, traditionally a bogey side for the Glens at home, to the sword.
Glentoran face Ballymena Utd at the Oval in the Danske Bank Premiership this weekend looking to bounce back after a disappointing performance in mid-week in the Co Antrim Shield. It is the second meeting of the teams this campaign, the previous encounter at the Showgrounds ending in a 2-2 draw on 13th September with Fra McCaffrey and Jordan Stewart netting for the Glens. Facilitated by Alex Trickett, Head of Sport, Twitter UK, clubs from the Danske Bank Premiership and Belfast Telegraph Championship were given an insight into the practices used by clubs, associations and players from all around the world.
