Glentoran Women FC enjoyed a great away win this evening over second placed Crusaders Strikers at Seaview. Goals either side of half time from Rachel Rogan and Ali McMaster gave the fourth placed Glens a 0-2 victory. With six matches played, Glens Women are now three points behind Crusaders with a game in hand and a vastly superior goal difference. A more detailed report will appear on the Women's Team section.

In a previous news item on Glentoran.com, we announced that we had agreed a contract with Umbro to supply our Kits, training and leisurewear from July 2018.
Our merchandising team has been working hard since February with Chris Morgan (Club Sport NI and Umbro’s representative in Northern Ireland) to ensure that Glentoran FC has the highest quality of kit, training gear and leisurewear for the forthcoming season.
We are delighted to announce that the Park Avenue Hotel have agreed to become our Hotel Partner. The Park Avenue Hotel has been a friend of Glentoran over many years and we look forward to working again in partnership and would call on all Glentoran fans to support our valued partners.

Glentoran Women FC had an outstanding 9-0 away win over Portadown Ladies at Shamrock Park tonight. The goals came from Demi Vance (2), Caragh Milligan (2), Sarah Connolly (2), Joely Andrews, Rachel Rogan and Yasmin White. This result moved the Glens into fourth place with five matches played. Following his recent discussions with Ronnie McFall, midfielder Corey McMullan has left Glentoran to sign for Dungannon Swifts. During his season with the Glens, Corey made eighteen starts and three suubstitute appearances, the last at Stangmore Park in December.
We would like to thank Corey for the high level of commitment he showed for the club and wish him the very best for his future career.
Allen Davidson has been named Glentoran Superfan 2018/19 at a NIFL event held this week at the National Stadium at Windsor Park. The Danske Bank Premiership Superfan Award was launched back in February to recognise supporters who go the extra mile for their club.
Club Director Grahame Jenkins and Glentoran Academy Director Stephen Lowry proudly represented the club at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 5th June at an event recognising 2018 recipients of The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
