Volunteer Admin Assistants needed

Do you have a few hours to spare each week, have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and have access to e-mailing and printing facilities.

If your answer is yes to the above, then you can help play an important role within the Glentoran Academy as we progress and expand.  This role would involve inputting data such as match reports, training records, player contact and assessment details etc.

This role is an extremely important role as it not only frees up the coaching staff to concentrate fully on the coaching, but also provides us with the information, that helps with topics ranging from grant applications to supplying player statistics.  It will also play a part in the most important topic of all, our Child Protection policies.

Although voluntary, the role is both interesting and rewarding as you play an important part in your teams’ progress.  Full training will be given to the successful applicants and help is always available.  You will work alongside the team manager and in some areas will be the link between the committee and the manager.

To apply for this post, please send your CV to AcademyChairman@outlook.com by no later than 28th March 2014.  If you require more information before applying, send an e-mail to the same address.

Please note that all successful applicants will need to be Access Ni cleared before taking up this post, we will organise this for you, a criminal record does not necessarily rule your application void.

Glentoran Academy are an equal opportunities academy and as such, this job is open to applications from any suitably qualified person.

William Cameron

Glentoran Academy Chairman
