Glentoran Football Club has announced a new four-year partnership with Macron, the leading Italian sportswear brand, who will become the club’s official technical kit partner from the 2025/26 season.
The agreement will see Macron supply an extensive range of match kits, training wear and leisurewear to players and staff across all levels of the club, including Glentoran’s senior men’s and women’s teams, as well as its boys’ and girls’ Academy squads.
Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Macron is one of the most respected names in global sportswear, partnering with elite clubs and federations including Bologna, Sampdoria, Udinese, FC Basel and Real Sociedad, as well as prominent UK teams such as Crystal Palace, Blackburn Rovers and Wrexham.
The first Macron-manufactured Glentoran home and away kits for the 2025/26 season will blend retro-inspired elements with a bold, contemporary look.
Developed in close collaboration with Macron’s design team, the bespoke kits will feature advanced performance fabrics and precision detailing that pays tribute to Glentoran’s proud heritage while reflecting its ambition both on and off the pitch.
In line with Macron’s sustainability commitment, all kits, training wear and leisurewear will be produced using Eco Fabric, a high-performance material made entirely from 100% recycled PET plastic, delivering elite-level quality with a significantly reduced environmental footprint.
Ali Pour, the owner of Glentoran Football Club, said; "This partnership with Macron marks a significant milestone in our long-term vision for Glentoran. As we continue to modernise and professionalise every aspect of the club, it’s essential we align with partners who share our ambition, values and commitment to excellence.
“Macron is a globally respected brand with a proven track record in elite sport, known for innovation, quality and sustainability, which are all pillars that are central to our future. We’re proud to welcome them to the Glentoran family as we work together to enhance our kit, training and leisurewear across all aspects of the club."

We’re proud to be joining the Macron family and confident that our new kit, training and leisurewear range will be a huge success with players and supporters alike.
