Club Chairman, Thomas Sewell, presented a cheque to coach, Paul Trainor, prior to last night's pre-season fixture against Ards.

The fixtures for the 2013-14 Danske Bank Premiership have been released. Glentoran will kick-off the season with a home game against Coleraine.

Glentoran warm up for their trip to Iceland with a friendly against Dundalk at Oriel Park this Sunday, 30th June, with a 3pm kick off.

Glentoran officials attended the first qualifying round of the 2013-14 Europa League today in Nyon, Switzerland today.
Glentoran will face KR from Iceland. The teams met 3 years ago with KR winning 5-2 on aggregate.
The games are due to ibe played on 4th and 11th July 2013.
Glentoran FC will be away in Iceland for the end first leg on Thursday 4th July. The return game will be played at the Oval on Thursday 11t.how July.

The winner of the tie will face Belgian side, Standard Liege.

Glentoran can confirm that the Superstore will be open Saturday morning from 10am-12.30pm.
On Sunday, the Superstore will open for the purchase of season tickets only from 10am-4pm
Glentoran have agreed a package deal with Linfield for the transfer of Sean Ward. The 29 year old, who has spent over a decade at Glentoran and played almost 400 games for the club, informed the manager during last season that he wished to leave. As Eddie Patterson continues to try and build on last season's success, it was felt that if someone was not fully committed to the club then they should not be part of his plans going forward and the Board agreed to listen to offers for Sean.
It's that time of the year again. Two 'Clean Up Days' have been organised at the Oval; Sunday 23rd June and Sunday 30th June from 10am until 4pm.
