St Johnstone to visit The Oval

Tue, 17/05/2016 - 21:02
Glentoran will welcome Scottish Premier Football League Club St Johnstone to the Oval for a pre season friendly.

Our manager Alan Kernaghan had a successful four year spell as a player at the club.

This is a very attractive friendly. St Johnstone is currently enjoying the most successful period in the club's history,
under the management of former Northern Ireland goalkeeper Tommy Wright.

The club won its first ever Scottish Cup in 2014 and has played in the Europa League for each
of the past 4 seasons. St Johnstone finished fourth in this season's SPFL.

Manager Alan Kernaghan said: "I'm delighted to have secured Kym for a further 2 years. He's a product of the Glentoran Academy, a local lad and I know there's a lot more come from Kym in the years to come. I look forward to working with him to help him fulfil his undoubted potential."
