Congratulations to our U20 players Paul McLaughlin, Jamie Glover, Mal Smith and Lewis McGarvey (below left to right), who have been selected for the Northern Ireland Schoolboy International U18 squad for two friendly Internationals and the series of International games in the Inspiresport Centenary Shield. This is a reflection of the performances of all four boys playing for the Glentoran Under 20s this season and their consistent and exciting progress through the various youth levels at Glentoran Academy.
This has been a doubly notable day for Paul who was promoted to the first team squad for the first time for tonight's postponed game at Newry while Mal has also been on the bench for the first team on a number of occasions this season.
