Stuart Elliott in squad for Shield game

Sun, 30/09/2012 - 16:57

Stuart Elliott is in contention for Monday night's game after scoring for the Seconds on Friday night. Elliott completed 90 minutes and found the net as the Seconds continued their excellent start to the season with a 4-3 win.

Manager, Eddie Patterson is keen to keep the great start to the season going and although we conceded a late goal at Ballymena United, we remain unbeaten. "The lads have been working extremely hard and I think that everyone can see that we are making progress. Obviously it'll be a tough game on Monday night but we'll be doing our utmost to be in the hat for the semi-final draw. The support we've had so far has been tremendous and really appreciated both by the players and the management. It would be great to have a large turn out on Monday night cheering the team on."

Kick-off is at 7:45pm and admission prices are £8 adult and £6 concession. Payment is at the turnstiles and tickets are not required.

(Reminder - Season tickets are not valid for this game)
