The club today received the excellent news that Glentoran has become the first Irish League club to be officially recognised by Twitter by having a “Verified” account.
In the past few years, the number of “followers” of the Glentoran account has increasingly grown and now is the most followed of all accounts for Irish League clubs. Glentoran understands the need for regular and up to date communication with the club’s supporters and the Glentoran Social Media Team has been a vital part of the club’s communication strategy.
