Eddie Patterson has made his first signing of the summer as Conor McMenamin signs on a two year contract.
Conor joins from Linfield, where he spent the last two years as a professional. With game time limited at the National Stadium, Conor's focus is on establishing himself in Glentoran's first team and repaying the faith shown by Eddie Patterson. Our manager said, "Conor's signing is further evidence that young talent will be given its opportunity at this club. His hunger to play the game and to get minutes on the pitch has been clearly evident in the training sessions so far. If he continues to show that application, there is no doubt that another club's loss will be our gain. This signing, when coupled with the retention of Barry Holland's experience, is excellent news. We intend to continue our search for further options to strengthen the first team ahead of the start of the new season"
