2. The Late Twos
The Late Twos are a Northern Irish Indie Rock/Pop band, formed in 2011 in Belfast. A lively and energetic five piece outfit, well known across Northern Ireland for their unique and fresh sound, style and charisma.
Their first three EP’s, ‘The Late Twos’, Get Down Before I Pull You Down’ and ‘Vanishing Fire’ delivered a new, fresh and upbeat sound across the country to much acclaim and were positively received by local radio stations and critics. BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 (Steve Lamacq Show) and RTE 2XM are among a number of radio stations outside of Northern Ireland, along with TV show ‘Hollyoaks’, that have also given the band airtime. The band recently supported General Fiasco, The Twang, PEACE, S Club, The Bohicas, VANT and others. The Late Twos have toured the UK a number of times, playing dates at festivals and in venues such as O2 Academy, Dublin Castle and The Cavern.
