Glentoran Academy is delighted to announce Robert Watson and Adam Bridgnell to the positions of Player Pathway Officer. Pictured here with Academy Development Manager Stephen Lowry, both guys have accepted very important roles in helping us to ensure all players and teams are regularly reviewed and assisted in areas that will help our coaches with their workload. Their roles will involve attending Academy training sessions and matches & providing feedback to management on players and team performance at both our elite and development streams, as well as Talent ID. They will also take training sessions themselves both across our Academy teams and within the community and local schools. Both Robert and Adam are experienced in the game and are eager to provide a support network to our coaches & managers. Good luck to both guys in their new roles.
