Glentoran face Armagh City in Round 6 of this year's Irish Cup at Holm Park, Armagh tomorrow (kick-off 3pm). The two sides had impressive victories in the last round with Armagh City defeating Premiership side Ards 3-1 in a replay and Glentoran travelling to Portadown and defeating Ronnie McFall's side 3-1 (highlights HERE).

The two sides met previously in the competition back in 2000. A dramatic injury time Stuart Elliott equaliser was required on that occasion to get the Glens a replay and the East Belfast side eventually progressed with a 4-0 victory. Footage of the 2000 meeting can be found HERE

Armagh City have had a good season so far, currently sitting in second place in the Belfast Telegraph Championship 2. A former Glentoran cup winner (2004), Kevin Keegan, is in their squad although he hasn't been a regular starter lately. Armagh boss, Marty Rice, will no doubt remind his squad of a dramatic game in January 2006 when Armagh City defeated Glentoran 5-2 at the same venue.

Eddie Patterson's team, disappointed after last weekend's setback against Warrenpoint Town, will be looking to bounce straight back. Stephen McAlorum is available again after a 1-game suspension but new signing Fra McCafferty is inelligible. Jim O'Hanlon's hopes of getting some game time with the Seconds in midweek were hit by the weather so he may also have to sit this one out or be content with a place on the bench.

Supporters travelling to Holm Park should take the Newry Road from the centre of Armagh. Approximately 1 mile along this road turn left into Ardmore Road. Take the first turn on the right and then 3rd on the left to arrive at the ground.
