Glentoran Football Club in association with our technical partners Umbro are delighted to reveal the new 2018/19 home kit.
Over the years, certain styles of shirt have become woven into the Glentoran fabric. Working in conjunction with both Club Sport NI and Umbro UK, we are proud to unveil this classic design for the forthcoming season. Through the introduction of certain features, we have acknowledged the significance of some of the iconic shirts from past domestic and European campaigns. The classic Umbro diamond sleeve piping, which first appeared on the Glentoran jersey worn at the Oval against Juventus in 1977 returns, along with the chequered shading pattern synonymous with the heroics of the Glentoran sides of the late 1980’s and are all now incorporated with state of the art modern styling.
The sizing range is as follows. Infant kits up to age 5-6 years, Youth range 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13. Adult sizing range from S to 4XL.
The 2018/19 home kit will be on general sale from mid-August, however the Glentoran Superstore are taking advanced orders with immediate effect. You can pre-order your shirt in store by making full payment. Adult shirts are priced £45, Youths £35. YOU CAN ONLY PRE-ORDER IN PERSON STARTING 4th AUGUST.
We are convinced that this may well become one of the best-selling Glentoran shirts of modern times, judging by the reaction of the playing staff at Thursday evening’s photo shoot.
