Defender Barry Holland has signed a two year contract to remain at the Oval.
Barry admits that last season reignited his passion for the game and, having spoken to former team mates that have retired from the game, he was convinced that not accepting the club's offer to be part of the continued development of the youngest squad in the Danske Bank Premiership would be something he would regret.
By his own admission, it took Barry time to get back up to speed at the start of last season, having been out of the game for so long, but completing his domestic medal collection with May's Irish Cup triumph has only strengthened his resolve to taste more success in Glentoran's colours.
