Could anyone who has previously emailed Ruth with child's details for Boxing Day mascots please RE-SEND the email. There have been problems in the past few days with the email server which have now been resolved.
BOXING DAY MASCOTS
We are offering the opportunity to 16 children (aged between 5 and 11) to be a Glentoran Mascot on 26th December 2013 (Boxing Day) at the Oval:
TERMS
The child MUST BE between age 5 - 11 and should have this years 2013/14 Home Shirt ( or full kit if desired).
If you are interested in your child being mascot please see Ruth in person at the Superstore or send an email to superstore@glentoran.com with the following information:

Closing date for emails / in person applications will be Sunday 15th December 2013 at 17:00
All children's names will be entered into an open draw and those chosen will be notified ( either by email or phonecall) on Tuesday 17th December 2013.
Please note that there is no guarantee as to which player the mascot will be allocated.
If successful we will require a passport size photo of the child (sent via email by Wednesday 18th December) for inclusion in the matchday programme.
Mascots will be required to meet in the Milk Bar at The Oval no later than 45 minutes before kick-off accompanied by an Adult who will be available to pick the Child up again from the Milk Bar as soon as the Mascot Duty is complete.
Each mascot will be provided with a complimentary ticket, however no complimentary tickets can be provided for accompanying Adults.
