Following an x-ray at the Mater Hospital today it has been confirmed that his nose was broken in the clash with Crusaders player, Timmy Adamson. Colin will require surgery but has told manager, Eddie Patterson that he intends to play on until the surgery date is confirmed.

Glens beaten at Seaview

Sat, 06/10/2012 - 17:58

Glentoran struggled to match recent performances this afternoon in their Danske Bank Premiership match at Seaview against Crusaders and eventually succumbed to a 2-0 defeat. After a reasonably bright start, The Glens were hit by a long ball over the top which was finished by Jordan Owens on the 7th minute. The Glentoran defence will be disappointed to see a long ball get over the top so easily but nobody can deny credit to Owens who finished powerfully and accurately in off the post.
