The Pizza Co support the Glentoran Christmas Appeal

Thu, 24/12/2020 - 00:28

We were delighted to be contacted by one of our Club Sponsors Pizza Co regarding a donation to our Christmas Appeal.

The Ballyhackamore Branch will be making pizzas for 25 families within East Belfast to be delivered on Christmas Eve.  A special treat for the children before heading to bed to wait on Father Christmas. We were overwhelmed by their generous offer, but it didn't stop there. Our dear friends at Stella Maris Shelter will also be having a very special Christmas Eve with a Movie and Pizza night.

Glentoran 0-0 Warrenpoint Town

Tue, 15/12/2020 - 22:48

The Glens failed to reproduce the clinical finishing from last Saturday's game in what was a disappointing Danske Bank Premiership meeting at the Oval with Warrenpoint Town.

There was just one change to the starting line up from Saturday's fantastic showing against Carrick Rangers; Gael Bigirimana replacing Hrvoje Plum.

Match Preview: Glentoran v Warrenpoint Town

Tuesday 15th December 2020, Kick Off 7.45pm

Tonight see’s our last home game before Christmas when we entertain Warrenpoint Town in a rearranged Danske Bank Premiership match

Warrenpoint have faced Glentoran 20 times in league action since first winning promotion to the IPL in 2013, which came just 3 years after they had been playing Mid Ulster League football. The Glens have won on 15 of those occasions, with 2 draws and 3 wins for 'Point.
