Tue, 04/08/2020 - 01:06

This is an information update for those who bought tickets for the now voided home Danske Bank Premiership match v Linfield, originally scheduled for 20th March at the Oval.

Apologies for any delay in this announcement, but relevant personnel have been on furlough due to Covid-19.

Tickets for the game were £12 each, or £11 if purchased as part of the package with the Cliftonville match (which was played).

Options available to supporters holding unused tickets are as follows:

Gavin Peers

Mon, 03/08/2020 - 21:01

Glentoran FC confirm that Gavin Peers has left the club to pursue his carer with Warrenpoint Town.

Peersy joined the club from Derry City in the January 2019 transfer window. This season he made 30 appearances, scoring once and missing out on a starting place in last week's  Sadler's Peaky Blinder Irish Cup matches due to a niggling injury picked up in training.

Sat, 01/08/2020 - 01:53

Goals from Paul O'Neill and Robbie McDaid secured Glentoran's 23rd Irish Cup on Friday night at the National Stadium.

Mick McDermott named an unchanged team, going with the same starting XI that overcame Cliftonville in the semi-final.

The Ballymena United starting line up included two former Glentoran players; Jonny Addis and Steven McCullough whilst another, James Knowles was on their bench.
