A third consecutive hat trick for Jordan Jenkins (that's a hat trick in each of the three matches he's played since signing from Glenavon in July) continued his wonderful start to the season as Glentoran Seconds progressed in the Steel & Sons Cup with a 4-1 away win over Shankill Juniors this afternoon.

An opening goal from Robbie McDaid and a Conor McMenamin hattrick gave the Glens a comfortable win at the Bet McLean Oval in tonight's Danske Bank Premiership clash.
There was just one change to the starting line up from last Saturday's game at Cliftonville; Conor McMenamin coming in to replace Rory Donnelly.
A second emphatic victory over Linfield Ladies in a matter of weeks took a rampant Glentoran side back to the summit of the Danske Bank Women’s Premiership table on goal difference with two games left to play in this season’s quest to retain the league trophy.

Tomorrow night we finally welcome the wider Glentoran support back to the Bet McLean Oval for a competitive fixture for the first time in eighteen months.
Ballymena have undergone a major overhaul of their squad this summer, with 9 new signings made and 11 departures.
Most notable of the departures was, of course, our signing of talismanic front man Shay McCartan, with goalkeeper Ross Glendinning also swapping Warden Street for the Oval.

Supporters will not require tickets for this Friday evening’s home game with Ballymena United at the Bet McLean Oval.
The 2021/22 draw for individual player shirt sponsorship will take place this Friday (10th Sept) in the Glentoran Premier Lounge at the Bet McLean Oval at 6pm prior to our match v Ballymena United. The results and video will be posted here and on the club's social media channels.

Glentoran Legends were in action today, playing Orangefield Old Boys in a game in aid of the Titanic Tigers Special Olympics Club. They won by 2-0 with Jason Hill netting both. The game was played in great spirit and although the Legends may have won. The real winner was the charity.
