Please note this update on ticket refunds for the now voided home Danske Bank Premiership match v Linfield, originally scheduled for 20th March at the Oval.
Apologies for any delay so far. As explained in the previous update, this was because the club was fully occupied with preparation for the Europa League ties with HB Torshavn and Motherwell.
Now that we have received all preferences from ticket holders, all requests can now be actioned as follows:
- Those who requested a full refund to your credit card will have this actioned at the start of w/c 7th September
- Those who requested a refund for a cash purchase can receive this by calling into the Secretary’s office from 9am-4pm Wednesday 9th September. Other dates will be made available but if anyone wishes to collect at any other time please call 02890 456137 before leaving to check if anyone is available. You must bring your Linfield match ticket and a proof of identity.
- A list of those who have asked for their ticket to be redeemed as a discount against purchases in the Glentoran Superstore will be provided to Ruth who will also need to see your Linfield match ticket and a proof of identity. These can be redeemed during normal Superstore opening hours.
- Those who have asked for their rebate to be held as a guarantee of a ticket to our first home match with Linfield in 2020-21 will be listed and details will be published here shortly of how to collect a voucher to guarantee a ticket.
The club would like to thank all of those who donated their ticket price to the Player Fund. That has been greatly appreciated by the Head Coach and Board of Directors.
