We are very pleased to announce that no fewer than FIVE Glentoran Academy players have been selected for the Northern Ireland squad in the upcoming Victory Shield International Competition.
The five Glens in the squad are Brendan Hamilton, Francis Turley, Mason Munn, Rhys Walsh and Theo McToal. Congratulations to all the boys on well deserved recognition. We know they will all do the club proud.
The tournament takes place from 16th to 22nd October, with Northern Ireland's matches as follows:
- Sunday 17 October - v Wales at Seaview (3 pm)
- Tuesday 19 October - v Scotland at H&W Welders (3 pm)
- Friday 22 October - v Republic of Ireland at H&W Welders (1pm)
All matches are free entry.
