Ahead of tomorrow’s opening of sales for 2020-2021 season tickets (the Superstore will be open from 9.30 AM – 2 PM) , the club and Superstore wish to offer the following additional information to supporters:
- If attendances are reduced at any point of the season due to Executive Covid-19 restrictions, priority access to home games will be given to those who purchase a season ticket before the official start of the season. As our average home attendance in 2019/20 was increased by 30% on the previous season, we anticipate that ownership of a Glentoran season ticket will be of even greater value this season than at any other time.
- The club understands that some supporters may have concerns at the possibility of a repetition of 2019-2020 when the season was ended suddenly in March. Supporters will all understand that we are all operating in the unknown at this stage, However the club can reassure season ticket holders that if the season is significantly reduced due to decisions taken by the Northern Ireland Executive, the club undertakes to review the situation at that stage with a view to pro rata reimbursements to supporters who wish it.
Following our success in the Sadler’s Peaky Blinder Irish Cup and the strong investment in the squad this summer, this promises to be a very exciting season for Glentoran. Make sure to be part of it!
