Glentoran defender and Academy graduate Jonny Russell has earned his latest call-up to the Northern Ireland U21 squad for this month’s UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier against Latvia.
The U21s will face Latvia on Thursday 13 November 2025 (Kick-Off 19:45) at The BetMcLean Oval.
Russell’s inclusion comes after two outstanding performances in the previous international window, where he impressed in matches against Germany and Malta.
The young defender also recently scored his first Glentoran goal in the BetMcLean Cup win over Crusaders.
