On Saturday evening the members of Raven Glentoran Supporters Club proudly presented the longest serving first team player in Glentoran’s 140-year history, Elliott Morris, with a small token of esteem for his immense contribution to the club over the past twenty seasons.
Raven Chairman Arthur Watson said “After 20 long years of service the Raven GSC wanted to pass on our thanks on to Elliott with a token of our appreciation for giving us so many great memories throughout that full twenty-year period and for his loyalty to Glentoran through the good times and the bad. Legend is an overused word in football these days but it’s fair to say Elliott Morris falls into the legend category for our football club”
