The Board of GFC 1882 Ltd is delighted to announce that Nichola Miller has been co-opted as a new board member with immediate effect.
Nichola is daughter of the late and much respected Roy Miller, a former Vice President of Glentoran, President of Ballymacarrett GSC and a driving force behind many player benefit years. Nichola has followed in Roy’s footsteps as a member of the Ballymac Events Committee and the club’s representative on the Glentoran Supporters Union. She has been attending Glentoran matches since she first came as a teenager with her Dad and now regularly attends home and away with her son Matthew,
GFC1882 Chairman Colin Jess said of Nichola’s co-option: co-option: “Myself and my fellow directors are delighted that Nichola has agreed to join us. Nichola will bring a fresh perspective to the board and I firmly believe that her obvious love of the club will enable her to make a real impact and contribute greatly to supporting the interests of the shareholders of this club."
Nichola will stand for re-election at the 2025 AGM as is due process.
