Both teams had excellent wins last night with a surfeit of goals in both games.
Glentoran Women really bounced back into form with an 11-0 win over Portadoenm Ladies. Caragh Milligan led the way with four goals but the load was shared well with Nadene Caldwell (2), Makyla Mulholland, Kelly Bailie, Ali McMaster, Samantha Kelly and Jessica Foy all on the scoresheet. This win moves us into fourth place in the league table, 2 points behind Crusaders and 4 behind Cliftonville.
The U20s had a great start to the league season with a comprehensive away win over Cliftonville. The Wee Glens' goals were scored by debutant Nigel Prentice with a double, Ross Tharma, Ben Cushnie and Josh Tipping.
