Tonight saw one of the highlights in the calendar of the Hillfoot Glentoran Supporters’ Club each year.
The Hillfoot members run a charity night in memory of their late friend and fellow Glentoran supporter Andrew Higgins who passed some years ago. Last month the club premises hosted an annual pool competition in aid of a chosen charity. This year the chosen charity was Marie Curie and this evening the club was proud to be able to present a cheque for £1889. An absolutely superb effort by the Hillfoot members and friends!
The pool competition was won by the very well-known Glenman Stuart Taylor with Mark Baird the runner up, Hillfoot GSC warmly thank all who donated and helped out for this great cause.
