Glentoran Women are in league action at Ashfield on Friday evening (4th August)
The Glens are currently 6 points clear at the top of the Sports Direct Premiership, ahead of Cliftonville(who have a game in hand) and Sion Swifts and are the league’s only unbeaten team so far.. Our 2 main rivals have home games against the division’s bottom two teams on Friday so Glentoran will need to be careful not to slip up in this one.
Our previous match with Mid Ulster this season was an away tie back in April in Cookstown. The goals that night came from Kerry Beattie (2), Caragh Hamilton (now with Lewes Town). Nadene Caldwell, Demi Vance and Sam Kelly.
