Today we are delighted to bring you our new kit for 2024/25 season. This kit delves into our club, our strong history and most importantly our DNA.
I give you our DNA Edition Home Kit 2024/25
Continuing our partnership with Castore, the shirt is designed to embody the pride, passion and history associated with representing our club. Whether as a spectator in the stands, or a player on the pitch, our love of Glentoran is what unites us. We believe the Glentoran DNA is different, and that we are strongest when together.
The shirt – unique, like our club features a distinct and unique geometric pattern. Look closely and the pattern is made of two parts. On the left side, the side profile of our iconic main stand. The stand where generation upon generation have come to cheer, support, and encourage our team. We are proud of the history our ancestors created, and on our shirt, it reminds us that we are the history makers of today. When we wear the shirt, we represent all those before and all those to come, the baton is in our hands.
On the right side of the geometric pattern, two stanchions face inward and meet. These are the outlines of the stanchions around the pitch at the famous Sydenham End and City End Terraces. Rain, hail, or shine – a sight to behold when they come alive, our shirt bears their resemblance to encapsulate the passion, the energy and the desire of the people they hold.

Across the front of jersey, above and below the sponsor, is a coloured band fading from black to green to red, the colours synonymous with our club, that we all wear with pride and passion.
The white shorts feature a green stripe down the either side, continuing the green theme from shirt right down to the socks. The Glentoran badge is on the right leg with the Castore badge on the left.
The green socks feature a cushioned heel and footbed, Castore branding on the calf and a black and red hoop around the fold over.
Our proud club colours are represented throughout the whole kit. The Green represents our nature and growth, the Red our passion and intensity and the Black our strength and resilience. Throughout our history the East Belfast and Glentoran community have displayed these attributes in abundance, and from them our club has flourished.
Our yellow goalkeeper jersey continues the theme, its geometric design, taken from the top section of our club badge. Whether cheering, encouraging, or playing, a reminder at all times of what it means to represent our club.
