Glentoran have added two Croatian players to the squad ahead of the new season, goalkeeper Marijan Antolovic (30) and midfielder Hrvoje Plum (25).
Both previously played for NK Osijek.
The players featured in the recent pre-season friendly game at the Oval when the Glens drew 1-1 with St. Johnstone.
Manager, Mick McDermott said "Marijan Antolovic brings top-level experience to our team - I have no doubt he will be successful here with his presence, ability and 6’5” frame.
He is a great addition! Marijan will work closely with Elliott, Dwayne and Paul to ensure our goalkeeper department is the strongest in the league."
Mick added, "Hrvoje Plum can play multiple positions in midfield - central, wide or behind the striker. His ability on set-pieces will be an invaluable asset to our team. I travelled to Croatia recently and after meeting both players, watching them train and play I am confident they will support our project of Glentoran FC climbing back to the top."
