Glentoran Football Club is inviting applications for volunteer coaching roles within the Glentoran Academy, as we continue to develop and strengthen our player pathway across a number of age groups.

The Glentoran Academy plays a central role in the Club’s long-term football strategy, providing young players with a positive, professional and supportive environment in which to learn, develop and progress.

We are seeking enthusiastic, committed and development-focused coaches who are passionate about working with young players and contributing to an academy culture built on strong values and high standards.

The Role

Coaches will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting the development of players both on and off the pitch, and working closely with academy staff to ensure a consistent and professional approach across the programme.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should demonstrate:

• UEFA / IFA coaching qualifications, or be actively working towards them
• Experience within youth football (desirable)
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• A clear commitment to player development, safeguarding and welfare standards
• A professional attitude aligned with the values of Glentoran Football Club
