Glentoran can confirm that Welsh champions The New Saints will visit The BetMcLean Oval on Wednesday 24th June (Kick-off: 7:30pm) in the club’s first announced pre-season fixture ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
The fixture will form part of the Glens’ preparations ahead of next month’s UEFA Conference League qualifying campaign, with Declan Devine’s side set to face one of the most successful clubs in Welsh football.
Serial JD Cymru Premier champions, TNS will provide strong opposition as preparations begin to build towards the new season and Glentoran’s upcoming UEFA Conference League qualifying campaign.
The match will also see Glentoran come up against former teammates of January signing Joshua Daniels, who arrived at The BetMcLean Oval from TNS earlier this year following a successful spell with the Welsh champions.
