Sean McManus, Senior Manager at Glentoran Disability has been shortlisted for the Disability Coach of the Year Category in this year's Belfast City Council Sports Awards. Sean, a very familiar face both home and away for many years, has been nominated in recognition of the impressive progress he and his team have made in a very short time. The Disability section was launched on 24 February 2016 with 34 members aged 6 to 17 but membership now exceeds 60 boys and girls and a coaching team of six.
Everyone at the club and all in the Glentoran family congratulate Sean on this highly prestigious honour and wish him all the very best for his big night at the City Hall.
Belfast City Council Sports Awards will be held at City Hall on Friday 23 March at 7 pm.
