Glentoran have been drawn against to St Patrick's Athletic in the first round of the 2013 Setanta Sports Cup. The first leg will be away on 11th February 2013 with the return game at the Oval a week later.

The 4 seeded teams will enter the tournament at the quarter-final stage.
