It was a night to remember at the Blanchflower Stadium as Glentoran Women were crowned Sports Direct Women’s Premiership champions in front of a superb home support.
A composed and disciplined performance brought the title back to East Belfast, with Nadene Caldwell’s second-half header sealing a 1–0 win on the final night of the season. The celebrations at full time reflected the significance of the moment for players, staff and supporters alike.
From the first whistle to the lifting of the trophy by captain Jess Foy, the occasion captured everything this team has worked towards throughout the campaign.
