Glentoran Colts were defeated three goals to two after extra time by Carrick Rangers in the Third Round of the Harry Cavan Youth Cup.
Glentoran led by two goals at half time through strikes from Cal Weatherup in the fourth and fortieth minutes. Weatherup followed up his second round hat trick against Tristar and his recent form for the Seconds.
Carrick Rangers equalised in the second half with goals from Luke Connelly in the fifty first and eighty ninth minutes. Connelly scored the deciding goal in the one hundred and fourth minute of extra time.
