Over 29 seasons in red, green and black, she has become one of the most decorated and respected figures in Northern Irish football. Initially a forward, Bailie’s intelligence and reading of the game saw her transition into a commanding defender whose leadership has anchored Glentoran Women’s remarkable era of success.
She has won around 30 major honours across league and cup competitions, captained the club in Europe, and proudly represented Northern Ireland more than 50 times, often wearing the armband for her country. Her performances have combined technical assurance, physical resilience and an unwavering commitment to the club she has served since her teenage years.
