Glentoran
represented at U21 International
Glentoran
were well represented at Tuesday's U21
International game between Northern
Ireland and Finland. All appearing
as part of the squad were newcomer Daryl
Fordyce, Philip Simpson and BJ McMenamin
with Alan McDonald running the team
through their paces.
The
match saw Northern Ireland make an
impressive comeback from 1-0 with 2
goals in the final 15 minutes of the
game. A 2-1 win at the Ballymena
showgrounds was exactly the right result
for their final warm up game before the
U21 European Championship Qualifiers
begin next month.
