The Glentoran Under 15 team got their league campaign off to a satisfactory start with a 5-2 win over a spirited St Oliver Plunkett team at Victoria Park this past Saturday. The wee Glens started well and within 15 minutes they were 3 goals to the good thanks to Craig Spiers (2) and Scott Kane (1).At this stage the Glens team relaxed and allowed St. Oliver Plunkett to come back into the game, scoring 2 goals before the break to leave the half time score 3-2 to the Glens.

In the second half the game settled down with the Glens defence taking control of the game. Gareth McGrattan added a 4^th goal and right at the end Aaron Gray added a 5^th on his debut to leave the final score 5-2.
