Glentoran Football Club are proud to announce the relaunch of our new schools initiative.
At the beginning of May Glentoran started the “Respect” schools initiative in which coaching staff and players from the Club take their knowledge and skills into local schools and put
the local young people through coaching sessions.
Our aim is to reach children within the school system and promote Glentoran FC. After i great few weeks i local school, we are now looking to role this programme out to all schools in East Belfast. We introduced a 6 week programme to promote and encourage healthy lifestyle choices through football. We are also keen to work with community group and have been in contact with group from Markets area and Short Strand also Inner East Belfast community group are keen to work with us
