Community Relations Audit

The Programme appointed an independent research team in February 2011 to conduct a Community Relations Audit on behalf of Glentoran Football Club.

The audit engaged key stakeholders through a significant number of personal interviews and focus groups and presented a clear overview of how Glentoran Football Club is perceived within the wider community and outlined the community relations issues associated with the club. It has provided a most valuable benchmark from which the programme can build and also offered a series of recommendations that can usefully inform future work.
