There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting of Glentoran Recreation Company Limited at the Oval on Tuesday 15th December, 2015 at 7pm. All shareholders should by now have received formal notice of this meeting either by post or email, however if you have not received this, perhaps due to a change of address, please email the Company Secretary at shareregister@glentoran.com.
All shareholders are encouraged to register their email address as this makes communication easier and substantially cuts costs.
Shareholders should note that if their share holding is by virtue of a transfer in the ten months prior to 15th December, 2015 then they may attend the EGM but will not be entitled to vote unless the transfer was a consequence of the death of a member. This provision is made in Article 19 of our Articles of Association.
