The first Danske Bank Premiership fixture of the season saw Glentoran travel across to North Belfast to face champions, Cliftonville. Tomorrow, in the final round of Premiership matches in the 2014-15 season the Reds make the short trip to East Belfast to play Glentoran at the Oval.

That first fixture at Solitude finished scoreless and when the clubs met at the same venue in late January the points were also shared. In that game Joe Gormley gave Cliftonville a 1-nil lead in the first half but as the game reached its closing stages Jordan Stewart popped up with a late equaliser for the Glens

A week before Christmas in the other Danske Bank Premiership meeting an early goal from McDaid was cancelled out by a David Scullion volley. Deep into stoppage time a long ball forward from Elliott Morris caught out the Reds' defence and substitute, Danny McKee fired the ball past Conor Devlin to snatch all 3 points. You can watch the highlights from that game again on BBC Sport NI HERE

Manager Eddie Patterson will be looking for a positive performance and result ahead of next week's Irish Cup final. Barry Holland, who has missed the last few games through injury, should return to the squad. Marcus Kane has recovered from illness and is also available. Willie Garrett, who had to be replaced at halftime during last week's game at Seaview will make his 50th first team appearance if selected.
