There are just four games remaining in the Danske Bank Premiership before the 'split' and in the first of those Glentoran travel to the Coleraine Showgrounds.

The Glens currently occupy fifth place in the table with Coleraine some 8 points behind in seventh. A win for Glentoran would virtually confirm their 'top six' status.

The two sides met at the same venue back in mid-October 2014 with the home side recording a narrow 1-nil win courtesy of an Ian Parkhill goal early in the second half. Just over a month earlier Glentoran took the points when the sides met in the Premiership at the Oval. The Glens won 2-nil with Howard Beverland scoring an own goal and David Scullion grabbing the other. (Highlights of that game are on BBC Sport NI HERE).

After last weekend's late setback against Glenavon, manager Eddie Patterson will be looking for a response from his side. Portadown's victory over Linfield last night also means that a win for Glentoran is critical if fourth place is to remain a possibility.
